Terms of Service

By using Jolnova you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

Jolnova is a Windows application that automatically produces vertical short-form videos from live streams. Recording, moment detection, transcription, cutting, vertical formatting and subtitles all run on your computer. Your subscription covers the AI writing step and determines which source platforms you may use, how many creators you may track, how many streams you may record at the same time, the maximum export resolution, and how many YouTube links you may submit each month. Jolnova does not publish anything to any platform on your behalf — you download the finished clip and post it yourself.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and shouldn't share your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

3. Content rights and responsibility

• You are responsible for the rights to the clips you produce. When you clip and share someone else's broadcast, you must follow that streamer's and that platform's rules.
• Any legal liability arising from what you publish is yours. Jolnova is a tool — the selection and the decision to post happen with your approval.
• You may not use the app to create illegal, hateful, harassing or platform-violating content.

4. Third-party platforms

Twitch, Kick, YouTube and TikTok are independent services. Their rules and API limits can change, and we aren't responsible for interruptions caused by them. If you use the YouTube connection on the Sharing page, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

• Your subscription runs for the period you choose and you can cancel any time — you keep access until the end of that period.
• Each plan — Starter, Creator and Pro — comes in a Single Platform and an All Platforms version. Single Platform covers one of Twitch, Kick, YouTube and TikTok, chosen by you inside the application and changeable once a month; All Platforms covers all four at once. Video files processed from your own computer are included with every plan and are never counted as a platform.
• Each plan sets a limit on how many creators you may track. Single Platform: 4 on Starter, 8 on Creator, 16 on Pro. All Platforms: 20, 40 and 80 respectively, counted as one pooled total across the four platforms.
• Each plan sets a maximum export resolution — 720p on Starter, 1080p on Creator, 4K on Pro. This is a ceiling and not a guarantee: the output cannot exceed the resolution of the source, and live Twitch and Kick broadcasts are 1080p at most.
• Each plan sets how many streams may be recorded at the same time: 1 on Starter, 2 on Creator, 4 on Pro. This is separate from the number of creators you may track.
• Paid plans place no limit on the number of YouTube links you may submit for processing.
• The free trial lasts 3 days from account creation and allows up to 50 clips in total, with 2 tracked creators, one recording at a time, 720p export and 2 YouTube links in total. Subtitles are included. The Jolnova watermark cannot be switched off during the trial.
• Whichever limit is reached first — the three days or the fifty clips — ends the trial and stops new clip production. Reaching it does not suspend your account and deletes nothing: clips already produced stay in your library and can still be edited and exported.
• Prices may change; changes never affect your current period.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every clip will meet your expectations. Clip detection can make mistakes — the final call is always yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; we'll update the date on this page for significant changes.
